Request Center
Welcome to the Request Center
Here are links & tips for the most common requests we get. Remember that you may need to be logged into your LBNL email to access some of these forms. Also note that most requests we enter for you go through a standard LBNL review process, so turn around time may take a few weeks. Rule of thumb: get your requests in early! Questions? Email the Cyclotron Road Admin Team here.
Use this form to request new ePro orders for supplies or services (things not found on eBuy.lbl.gov) to be purchased using your CRADA project funds.
Submit a request to bring a non-affiliate visitor onsite. Please give 3+ business days notice whenever possible. If turn-around time is 2 or less business days before proposed visit, contact the admin team to ask for help. Visit requests for non-US citizens may take longer to process.
Submit a request for an LBL Affiliate appointment for team members who will work onsite on your CRADA project at Berkeley Lab. This process takes a minimum of two weeks (possibly longer for non-US citizens).
You may request new electronic badge access to a building you are working in by logging into your own profile at Access.lbl.gov. Click "Area Requests" and search for the building number. Most buildings have multiple access areas, but you only need the "perimeter" one for general building access (example: 62/66-PERIMETER). In the "Reason for Request" field, indicate that you are a Cyclotron Road team member working in (room number) under the supervision of (name the employee who can approve your access to that space, either Melanie Sonsteng for CyRd space, or your collaborating PI in charge of the relevant space).
Need a key or keys to your Cyclotron Road-managed office or lab space? Email us with your request including the building and room number, plus the reason a physical key is needed.
The IT Help Desk can assist you with many things related to LBNL software, hardware or connectivity issues, as well as some LBL credentials password reset needs (if you can't fix it here: https://password.lbl.gov/lost).
